gotta be quick hits here, because i'm running overtime on the lunch period.

so yeah.

1) went to hear amiri baraka speak yesterday, for a john coltrane tribute town meeting something or another. he came weak on phrenology, but damn. dude is sick.

2) i think i've got my write back. so many ideas in the past couple of days. i think it's because i've been stewing in a bunch of personal issues... mixed with amiri, and reading invisible man again- fodder for the hungry pen, indeed.

2) my boy invited me to his wedding.

if i can get these days off... jeez... gotta get passport... camera... 10 rolls of film...
